Hard Red Spring Wheat Report The regional quality report provides data on grading factors, kernel quality, flour quality, dough properties and baking quality for the hard red spring wheat crop grown in North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
